Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair complex pipe systems, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install commercial plumbing equipment according to blueprints and codes
- Perform preventative maintenance on municipal plumbing systems
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and local plumbing regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in trenchless pipe rehabilitation and hydro-jetting
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for emergency troubleshooting
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Availability for rotating night shifts including weekends
