Responsibilities
- Perform diagnosis, repair, and installation of plumbing systems, including water lines, drains, and sewage systems.
- Respond to emergency calls and resolve urgent plumbing issues efficiently to minimize customer downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of pipes, fixtures, and equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe, working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to clients and providing accurate quotes.
- Perform daily site clean-up to maintain a professional and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumber License (Ohio required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background check and drug screen required.
