Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our night crew. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving plumbing emergencies, performing installations, and ensuring our clients' plumbing systems are functioning optimally.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair of commercial and residential plumbing systems.
- Install and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, and piping systems efficiently and to code.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including gas leaks, sewer line blockages, and water pressure problems.
- Respond to emergency calls and resolve critical issues within our Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Document all jobs accurately in our digital management system.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, blueprint reading, and hydraulic principles.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the schedule.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces or outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License (MVR check required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical issues to customers clearly.
