Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex residential and commercial plumbing systems with precision and efficiency.
- Perform high-quality pipe installations, leak detection, and emergency drain cleaning.
- Conduct thorough system inspections to identify potential hazards and preventative maintenance needs.
- Ensure all job sites are left spotless, organized, and compliant with OSHA and Ohio safety regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and professionally.
- Maintain and manage company vehicle and tool inventory to ensure readiness for night shifts.
- Adhere strictly to all local plumbing codes and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License issued by the State of Ohio (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (transportation provided).
- Expert knowledge of pipefitting, soldering, and welding techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight or confined spaces.
