- Perform Residential & Commercial Repairs: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes and commercial buildings.
- Night Shift Operations: Efficiently handle plumbing emergencies and routine maintenance during night hours.
- Diagnostics: Identify and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using advanced tools and blueprints.
- Customer Service: Provide professional, courteous service to clients while explaining technical details in plain English.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets local San Francisco building codes and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and order necessary parts and supplies to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required (California).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Tools: Own reliable transportation and basic plumbing tools.
