Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency calls during night shifts with rapid diagnostic capabilities
- Perform hydro-jetting, pipe relining, and water heater repairs
- Ensure compliance with Virginia plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
- Document service reports and maintain client communication logs
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced plumbing techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia state plumbing license (Master/Journeyman)
- 3+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and backflow prevention
- OSHA 10 certification and confined space training
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- 24/7 availability for on-call emergency rotations
