Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Execute emergency service calls during night shifts with rapid response protocols
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers to coordinate large-scale installations
- Maintain inventory and equipment in service vehicles for maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during after-hours interactions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-36) required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in trenchless pipe rehabilitation techniques
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Experience with backflow prevention systems and water treatment
- Proven track record of emergency response troubleshooting
