Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues in residential/commercial settings
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Perform emergency service calls during night shifts with rapid response times
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes (IPC UPC standards)
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless project continuity
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections for commercial clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Arizona Journeyman Plumber license (or reciprocal state license)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Advanced diagnostic skills for water/sewage systems
- Strong physical stamina for night shift work and confined spaces
- Commercial HVAC certification a plus
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
