Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency service calls with rapid diagnostic capabilities
- Read blueprints and ensure compliance with Arizona plumbing codes
- Lead apprenticeship training programs for junior technicians
- Manage inventory and procurement of plumbing materials
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Document service reports and maintain digital job files
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona State Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification and confined space training
- Advanced knowledge of backflow prevention systems
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Clean driving record and valid Class C driver's license
- Proficient in digital diagnostic tools (pipe cameras, leak detectors)
- Emergency response certification preferred
