Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve residential/commercial plumbing issues using advanced tools

- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient scheduling
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks for commercial accounts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license required
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heaters, boilers, and sewer lines
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs and confined space work
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with digital service reporting systems
