Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, and fixtures.
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and pressure issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install new plumbing systems and components according to local codes and blueprints.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards or system failures before they become critical issues.
- Document all maintenance activities and report material needs to the supervisor accurately.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times on the job site.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber License required (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing, specifically in night shift environments.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to the industrial park location.
