Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and pipe failures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan work effectively.
- Utilize a wide range of hand and power tools, including pipe wrenches, pressure testers, and soldering equipment.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including job sites and company vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients regarding job progress.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the State of Illinois.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces or at heights.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software or blueprints is a plus.
