Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency service calls during night shifts with efficient problem-solving
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
- Provide clear documentation and billing for completed services
- Maintain company vehicles and tools in optimal working condition
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license or certification required
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Physical stamina to handle pipe fitting, trenching, and confined spaces
