Responsibilities
- Perform emergency repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial plumbing systems during night hours.
- Diagnose complex issues involving leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Install, repair, and replace water heaters, sewer lines, and drainage systems.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with strict local Los Angeles plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during their most stressful times (e.g., 2 AM leaks).
- Maintain accurate records of jobs performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Plumber license required for California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.
