Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and pipe failures after hours.
- Install new piping and fixtures according to blueprints and code.
- Monitor water pressure and temperature gauges to prevent emergencies.
- Ensure all night shift safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Document all work completed in the daily logbook.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.
- Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes (IPC/IPC).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable personal transportation and basic hand tools.
