Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and resolve pipe bursts, drain clogs, water heater failures, and sewer line issues
- Install and repair fixtures including sinks, toilets, dishwashers, and water softeners
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections for commercial and residential properties
- Document service reports using digital tools and maintain inventory of parts and tools
- Adhere to safety protocols and plumbing codes (IPC/UPC) for all installations
- Collaborate with dispatch team during emergency response situations
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Plumber's License (Journeyman or Master)
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience with night shift or emergency service background
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater repair techniques
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems and infrastructure
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure emergency situations
- Experience with digital service reporting tools (e.g., ServiceTitan)
