Responsibilities
- Perform Installation & Repair: Execute complex plumbing tasks including pipefitting, fixture installation, and emergency repairs in commercial and residential settings.
- Night Shift Coverage: Respond to emergency calls and routine maintenance requests during off-hours, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
- System Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and water systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Code Compliance: Adhere strictly to local and state building codes, safety regulations, and company standard operating procedures.
- Documentation: Accurately complete job reports, time sheets, and material logs using our digital management systems.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Tools: Own a set of professional-grade tools or demonstrate the ability to procure them.
- Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required for on-site travel.
