Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Shadow and support experienced team members on residential and commercial projects.
- Equipment Preparation: Set up job sites, organize tools, and prepare materials as directed.
- Installation Support: Help with the installation of wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and basic electrical systems.
- Site Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and inventory electrical supplies and materials.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Learn to identify and report common electrical issues under supervision.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We prioritize attitude and work ethic over prior experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
