Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by clearing debris
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks as directed by site supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours daily
- Valid photo ID and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Strong work ethic and punctuality

- Pass pre-employment physical assessment
