- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Support demolition, excavation, and cleanup operations
- Complete daily tasks efficiently and collaboratively
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Basic math skills for material counting
