Responsibilities
- Assist lead electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Transport tools and materials to job locations as directed.
- Perform basic wiring tasks including stripping, bending, and joining conductors.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and NEC codes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools accurately.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
