Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial plumbing issues.
- Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, water heaters, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system safety and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain problems and proposed solutions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, including tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to learn and possess a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and emergency call-outs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
