Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial piping systems.
- Perform basic pipefitting, fixture installation, and leak detection under supervision.
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for other crew members.
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools, trucks, and equipment responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure job satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of necessary parts and supplies on the service truck.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in tight or confined spaces.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- A strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
