Responsibilities
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and equipment operation
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and cleanup duties

- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Support carpenters and other skilled tradespersons
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
