Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support carpenters and skilled trades as needed
- Perform basic cleanup and debris removal
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (reliable transportation required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
