Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain clean job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support foundation work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily timecards accurately for timely payment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Punctual and dependable attendance record
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Willingness to learn construction basics
