Responsibilities

- Support concrete pouring and finishing tasks
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of construction site safety
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Availability for early morning shifts (6 AM start)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Physical stamina and weather tolerance
