Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at project locations
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with trenching, excavation, and concrete pouring tasks
- Complete daily progress reports for supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic understanding of construction site safety
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to travel to project sites within NC/GA
- Team player with good communication skills
