Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload construction materials and debris
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance tasks
- Complete daily progress reports as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Pass pre-employment background check
