Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup operations
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand tools and power equipment (saws, drills, etc.)
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for task execution
- Maintain tool inventory and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other trade professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid California driver's license
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, levels)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
