Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools (shovels, saws, drills) and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work zone
- Load/unload materials and transport supplies to designated areas
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
