Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site prep
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform basic site cleanup and debris removal
- Read and interpret simple construction blueprints
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions
- Must pass pre-employment background check
