Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site prep, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions for task execution
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks: lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and equipment operation
- Support concrete work, framing, and finish carpentry as needed
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid O-10 construction card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Northeast Ohio
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
