Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist carpenters with material handling and basic assembly tasks
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shift
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials
- Complete daily time logs and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic hand tool experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be 18+ years old
- Local Cleveland residency preferred
