Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material preparation and site setup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform debris removal and site cleanup to maintain safety standards
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Transport materials and equipment using manual labor or basic machinery
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Support team members in completing daily project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction or related labor work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures
- Availability for flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must possess own basic hand tools (hammer, measuring tape, etc.)
