Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform demolition, excavation, and foundation work under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on residential and commercial projects
- Complete cleanup and debris removal between work phases
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for weekday mornings/afternoons (20-30 hrs/week)
- Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
