Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and site prep
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills)
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management
- Follow safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Read basic blueprints and material lists for task accuracy
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Assist in setting up temporary structures and scaffolding
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic tool handling experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Team-oriented with reliable punctuality
