Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools safely (hammers, saws, shovels) and follow site protocols
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by debris removal and equipment management
- Load/unload construction materials and transport equipment as needed
- Adhere to strict safety standards and wear required PPE at all times
- Support team members with manual labor tasks on residential/commercial projects
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous outdoor tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, dust)
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
