Responsibilities
- Assist with loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Perform site cleanup and waste management duties
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support skilled tradespeople with material handling
- Set up/break down job sites daily
- Complete physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Construction safety certification preferred
