Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Perform demolition and debris removal tasks
- Support concrete pouring and finishing operations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Own basic work boots and safety gear (hard hat provided)
