Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/unconstruction equipment and materials at job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read basic blueprints and execute simple construction tasks
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Support project timelines through reliable on-site presence
