Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup operations
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain safe working conditions per OSHA standards
- Support skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians)
- Complete daily progress reports
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/early mornings
