Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site prep, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and safety protocols
- Perform site security checks and maintain organized workspaces
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with team to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills) helpful
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
