Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Execute demolition, excavation, and earthwork tasks safely and efficiently
- Perform concrete pouring, framing, and finishing under supervision
- Conduct thorough site cleanup and debris management
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Strong attention to safety and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
