Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain organized and secure job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete basic demolition and excavation tasks
- Support concrete pouring and finishing operations
- Participate in daily team briefings
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather
