Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, levels) and light equipment safely
- Perform cleanup, debris removal, and basic site maintenance
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support team members in completing projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
