Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with site preparation and material handling
- Safely operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in daily site cleanup and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction tools and safety procedures
- Strong physical stamina and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Preferred: 6+ months construction experience or trade school certification
- Must be punctual and demonstrate teamwork ethic
