Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to meet safety standards
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and team leads
- Participate in physical tasks requiring stamina and strength
- Adhere to all safety protocols and protective gear requirements
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train!
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Wichita area
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Basic communication skills for team coordination
