Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup operations
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain safety protocols and hazard awareness
- Support skilled trades with material handling
- Perform physical labor (digging, lifting, carrying)
- Report site conditions to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- No prior experience required (training provided)
