Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and job site procedures
- Support skilled trades with basic carpentry/concrete work
- Maintain organized tool and equipment inventory
- Complete daily progress reports for supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid ID and work authorization
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic tool knowledge preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Construction experience a plus but not mandatory
- Available for early morning or afternoon shifts
